The course "Advanced methods of quality management" is offered to master students of electrical and microsystems engineering. It is limited to a maximum number of 20 participants and held in winter semester only.
Basics of QM are repeated to have a common understanding.
A variety of tools and methods is offered, it depends on the course participants which of them are selected for a closer look.
Integrated exercises with a made-up organization will help to understand the systematics.
5-7 topics, selected in the first course hours, will be worked out in detail in small groups of 3-4 persons as presentations during the semester. The grading will consists of the presentation grade and the grade for the final exam a the end of the course.
