Course application necessary end of August/early September, please refer to Master MEM.
All who have got a place in the course: please be there in the first lecture hour in October for final registration (student card and passport/ID required) - if somebody does not show up, her/his place will be given to the next person in the waiting list (only if present as well).
This procedure is essential, as you might have to apply for the QM course BEFORE the time schedules for the winter semester are published. You might therefore find out that there are overlaps between your courses only after you were admitted to the QM course. In this case, you might decide not to frequent the QM course, and your place could be given to the next person in the waiting list then. The first lecture hour is therefore used to clarify the situation.
