Die Veranstaltung „Workflow-basierte Datenanalyse mit KNIME“ bietet eine praxisnahe und zugängliche Einführung in den kompletten Datenanalyseprozess – von der Datenaufbereitung über explorative Analysen bis hin zu fortgeschrittenen Modellierungen und Visualisierungen.
Durch das visuelle, drag-and-drop-basierte Erstellen von Workflows (sog. Flows) entfällt die Notwendigkeit von Programmierkenntnissen. Die Einstiegshürde ist bewusst niedrig gehalten, sodass Teilnehmende mit Excel- oder PowerBI-Erfahrung sofort produktiv arbeiten können. Alle Schritte werden anhand realistischer Business-Beispiele aus BWL und Finance erarbeitet, sodass der direkte Anwendungsbezug im Vordergrund steht.
Je nach Zusammensetzung der Gruppe wird die Veranstaltung auf Deutsch oder Englisch durchgeführt.

Workflow-based Data Analysis with KNIME
The course “Workflow-based Data Analysis with KNIME” offers a practical and accessible introduction to the complete data analysis process – from data preparation and exploratory analysis to advanced modeling and visualizations.
Thanks to the visual, drag-and-drop creation of workflows (so-called flows), no programming skills are required. The entry barrier is deliberately kept low, allowing participants with Excel or PowerBI experience to become productive immediately. All steps are developed using realistic business examples from Business Administration and Finance, ensuring a strong focus on direct practical application.
Depending on the composition of the group, the course will be conducted in German or English.
